Goldair Handling Lounge, Rhodes International

  1. Offer: One complimentary guest entry for eligible Priority Pass and Lounge Key cardholders visiting the Goldair Handling Lounge, Rhodes Diagoras International Airport (“Offer”). The guest must accompany the eligible cardholder at the time of entry.

  2. Confirmation of acceptance: By redeeming the Offer, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, alongside the lounge terms and conditions (https://www.goldair-handling.gr/our-services/lounges/) and the Priority Pass (https://www.prioritypass.com/conditions-of-use) or Lounge Key terms (https://www.loungekey.com/en/mcworld/conditions-of-use) and conditions (as per your entitlement).

  3. Offer Period: From 00:01 EET on 30th March 2026 to 23:59 EET on 31st May 2026. Lounge access is subject to lounge opening hours and airport operational requirements.

  4. Eligibility:

    1. Open to Priority Pass and Lounge Key members with a valid membership (digital/physical card) and a same-day boarding pass departing from Rhodes Diagoras International Airport (RHO).

    2. The Offer entitles the member to one complimentary guest entry per lounge visit during the Offer Period.

    3. Additional guests beyond the first complimentary guest will be charged at the standard prevailing rate.

    4. Employees, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Offer may be excluded at the Promoter’s discretion.

  5. How to redeem: Present your valid Priority Pass or Lounge Key membership and same-day boarding pass at the Goldair Handling Lounge reception (situated at Rhodes Diagoras International Airside - after Security Control and before Passport Control, follow the 'Airport CIP Lounges' signage, proceed to the Food Court Area and Duty Free Shop and the lounge is located on the Mezzanine Floor). Staff will validate eligibility and process the complimentary guest entry.

  6. Limits & fair use: Strictly one complimentary guest per eligible member per lounge visit during the Offer Period, regardless of multiple memberships. The complimentary guest entry cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or future use.

  7. Availability: Lounge access is subject to capacity controls, security procedures, and any airport or government restrictions. Access may be temporarily restricted or withdrawn for operational or safety reasons.

  8. Combination with other offers: The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or complimentary access benefit unless expressly authorised by the Promoter.

  9. Changes/withdrawal: The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Offer at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, provided that no customer is unfairly disadvantaged.

  10. Misuse & fraud: Any misuse of the Offer, including unauthorised sharing or fraudulent claims, will render participation void. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.

  11. Liability: Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to the foregoing, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or damage arising from participation in the Offer.

  12. Final decision: The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Offer.

  13. Data protection: Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (https://www.goldair-handling.com/privacy-policy/) alongside Priority Pass or Lounge Keys’ privacy policy which can be found on your membership page.

  14. Governing law: These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Greece, and the Greek courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
