- Een vast menu staat voor een enkel loungebezoek binnen de huidige toegewezen loungebezoeken van de kaarthouder, die indien van toepassing in rekening worden gebracht aan de kaarthouder. Bijv.: als een kaarthouder 1 gast registreert, kan deze gast ook genieten van 1 vast menu bepaald door het restaurant binnen een periode van 24 uur. Dit wordt op het account in rekening gebracht als 1 kaarthoudersbezoek + 1 gastbezoek. Bij registratie voor de lounge wordt er maar 1 kaart per bezoek per kaarthouder geaccepteerd
- To be eligible Cardholders must present a valid Card and Boarding Pass for travel within 24 hours before placing an order. If the required Card is not presented or items are ordered outside of the set menu, the order will be treated as a regular purchase and the Cardholder will be responsible for the full payment, including applicable GST and service charge
- Any additional charges are indicated on the set menu and are exclusive of 9% GST and 10% service charge
- Set menu is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, substitute/refund, or used towards tips
- All items under the set menu are strictly for dine-in only. Takeaway requests are not permitted
- Cardholder is responsible for all additional charges incurred
