Cardholders and guests have complimentary access to the Concierge Module located before Security Checkpoint at Domestic and International Departures and check in area between Access doors 2 and 3, upon presentation of a valid physical or digital card and Boarding Pass. Access includes non-Alcoholic drinks, light snacks, and Concierge Service to assist during the check in process, including hand luggage care, storage and cart transportation to the lounge and/or Boarding Gate.

Registering for the Concierge Module represents a single lounge visit, including opting to not visit the lounge, per passenger within the Cardholder's existing lounge visit allocation for which the Cardholder will, where applicable, be charged.
