Around 25 cafés, bistros and fast food outlets, including Swiss beef burgers with a show kitchen, table-service Asian fusion, a designer bar and several Swiss chocolatiers, are in the Airport Center before Security. The Airside Center after Security has about 20 more eateries, including a bar with a view of the Alps, a Swiss beer bar with traditional snacks, and a jazz café, as well as more chocolatiers. There's also a Mediterranean restaurant, a sports bar and several coffee and sandwich chains.

The Airport Center has over 50 shops and kiosks selling everything from fashion and shoes to food, gifts and books. In the Airside Center after Security there are 60-plus retail outlets including duty-free stores, luxury brand boutiques such as Burberry and Bvlgari, and a wide range of other shops selling specialty foods, fashion, accessories and gifts, including the watches and clocks Switzerland is famous for. You'll also find classic Swiss brands like Victorinox, Montblanc, La Prairie, Caran D'Ache.
