There are around 18 food and drink outlets in T1 Departures, including a North Indian curry kitchen, a vegetarian restaurant and fast food outlets selling hot dogs, sandwiches and fried chicken.
Some 25 shops offer a good range of products, from books, magazines and toys to fashion, premium accessories and footwear.
You'll find half a dozen cafés in Arrivals where you can grab a sandwich, snack or drink before you make your way out of the airport.
A wine store and a perfume shop are in the Arrivals area - handy for buying last-minute gifts.
T1 is less popular with travelers than T2, with many complaining about disorganized procedures and long lines.
It's best to leave yourself plenty of time if flying from T1.
