There are over 60 restaurants, cafés, juice stands and bars in Terminal 1. You can get everything from katsu curry to Louisiana chicken here, as well as a wide range of Chinese cuisine. Crystal Jade in the meet and greet area has good Traveller reviews, as well as Saboten's casual Japanese dishes in the food court. If you're feeling a little decadent, head for Caviar House & Prunier Seafood Bar.

The Skymart mall at Terminal 1 has hundreds of stores to choose from, and jewelry, fashion and duty-free is particularly well represented. Designer names include Dior, Balenciaga, and Chanel, as well as high-street brands like Zara. There's a Hong Kong Disneyland store if you need something to keep the kids busy on the flight, and you can stock up on local delicacies at a number of speciality outlets.

Chinese and Western food is available on the Arrivals level, including burgers and sandwiches.

There's a good selection of stores at the Arrivals level, including those selling cosmetics, electronics and Chinese pastries. There's also a 7-Eleven and a mobile and data store where you can pick up a local SIM card.
