We invite you to showcase your excellence in the 18th edition of the awards. We are committed to recognising those who continue to innovate and lead the industry in providing premium airport experiences. Through the Priority Pass Excellence Awards, we recognise the outstanding achievements of our global lounge and experience partners, and your unwavering commitment to putting the traveller experience first. Winning a Priority Pass Excellence Award elevates your lounge or experience above competitors, serving as a mark of excellence that builds trust and recognition. It also offers a valuable opportunity to promote your achievement directly in your lounge or experience location. Our four awards celebrate the breadth of those within the industry striving to provide members with exceptional travel experiences. The Lounge of the Year and One to Watch awards are based purely on member ratings ensuring authentic recognition of excellence. The Pioneer of the Year and All Star of the Year awards are selected by a judging panel based on nominations by our partners, allowing a deeper insight into those pioneering in our industry. All Priority Pass Excellence Awards entrants, nominations, and winners are subject to the Priority Pass Excellence Awards terms and conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can submit a nomination? Any lounge or experience partner within the Priority Pass global network may submit a nomination.
Is there a fee to submit a nomination? There is no fee to take part in the awards or submit a nomination.
How do I enter an award? Click the ‘Complete nomination form’ button. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your nomination. Complete all required fields in the form. Upload any supporting materials such as images, links and/or evidence. Select 'Submit’ to finalise and enter your nomination.
Can I fill in the submission form in my local language? Yes. Nomination forms are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
Can I submit a nomination for the Lounge of the Year or One to Watch awards? No. The Lounge of the Year and One to Watch awards are based on Priority Pass Member ratings and reviews. Lounge partners cannot submit nominations for these categories.
Will finalists be announced publicly ahead of the winners? No. Finalists will not be announced publicly ahead of the winner announcement in September.
When will you announce the winners? Winners will be announced in September across our website, media and social media channels.
Can I promote the awards on our marketing channels? Yes. A Partner Marketing Toolkit has been created to help you promote the awards. Please contact your Collinson Partnerships manager or email awards@collinsongroup.com if you have not received it or would like any further information.
Can I enter both Pioneer of the Year and All Star of the Year? Yes. You may submit nominations for both Pioneer of the Year and All Star of the Year, however, each requires a separate nomination form.
Can I submit on behalf of someone else? Yes. Nominations may be submitted by third parties, including partner marketing agencies and colleagues of nominated All Stars. All nominations require consent from the nominee to be accepted.
Will the information submitted remain confidential? The information submitted will be reviewed by the judges and treated confidentially. Selected information may be used for PR and marketing purposes to showcase winners’ achievements. Winners will be contacted prior to any public announcement. Please refer to the terms and conditions for further details.
Can we use your logo on our website? The Partner Marketing Toolkit provides guidance on approved logo usage. Please do not use the Priority Pass logo in any other way than outlined in the toolkit.
