Over 40 eateries in Terminal 1 - both before and after Security - offer everything from Asian street food, Caribbean jerk chicken and rustic Italian cuisine to sushi, burgers and sandwiches. Canadian celebrity chefs Roger Mooking and Susur Lee also have their own restaurants here.

Duty-free shopping is available, along with around 40 stores ranging from luxury brands such as Burberry, Bvlgari and Gucci to shops selling books and fashion items. Baby products are available after Security. Several newsstands can be found before Security on different levels, as well as a museum store on Level 2 and a travel accessories store on Level 3.
