Singapore Changi Terminal 2

The award-winning Singapore Changi Airport has redefined the airport experience at a global level and Terminal 2 has been an important part of that process. The refurbished terminal 2 opened in 2022, and now offers visitors a calm and relaxing environment to enjoy while they travel, thanks to the use of natural materials and extensive plant life used throughout the terminal, including an orchid garden and sunflower garden (open seasonally).

With over 30 restaurants, cafes and bars available to visitors of Changi Terminal 2, you will be spoiled for choice with options ranging from authentic local flavours at Wang Nasi Lemak Kukus, to well-known international chains such as Starbucks, McDonalds and Subway.

You can pick up travel essentials while visiting Changi Terminal 2 from the likes of Longchamp and Samsonite, or shop from the extensive duty free on offer. In the market for something a little more luxurious? Be sure you visit Hermes, Bottega Venta and Burberry. There is plenty of retail therapy in store for you when visiting Changi Terminal 2.

About Our Lounges At Singapore Airport Terminal 2

The SATS Premier Lounge is the perfect place to relax and prepare for your onward journey from Singapore Changi Airport. Large floor to ceiling windows provide not only beautiful light in this terminal 2 lounge, but also provide for entertainment with far reaching views across the airside operations of terminal 2. You may like to try the refreshments on offer, including a selection of alcoholic beverages, or maybe stream your favourite show thanks to the free wi-fi. For those wanting to unplug, you can select from the range of magazines and newspapers available, or enjoy a hot shower before departure. The fully air conditioned lounge, which is a smoke-free zone, is open 24 hours a day.

Transiting through Changi Terminal 2? Then the elegant Ambassador Transit Lounge awaits you. Flooded with warm, natural light and fully air conditioned, you can sit back and enjoy the wide selection of refreshments, including alcoholic beverages, while you visit the lounge. If work is on your mind, then the conference, phone and fax facilities will make the experience more productive for you. Whatever you decide to do, make sure you enjoy a refreshing shower before you leave. The Ambassador Transit Lounge is open 24 hours a day and is fully accessible to guests with disabilities.

Location And Accessibility

The SATS Premier Lounge can be found airside. Once passing through immigration, turn left. Take the first escalator behind the Information counter leading to the airline lounges.

The Ambassador Premier Lounge is located in the Departure Transit Lounge on the Mezzanine Level (Level 3). The lounge is located next to the Sunflower Garden.


Coffee, sandwiches and burgers are available in Arrivals.

Pick up a pre-paid local SIM at Changi Recommends. You can also stock up on wines, tobacco and spirits.

Terminal tips

Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are connected by a complimentary Skytrain service in both the public and transit areas.

You will easily find services and facilities that will enhance the convenience of travel at Singapore Terminal 2, such as free-to-rest-areas, clinics and pharmacies, device charging stations, post offices and ATMs and currency exchange kiosks.

If you have children who need to let off some steam, consider visiting the Family Zone or Entertainment Deck, which will have something to divert the attention of children of all ages.

2. Who can use the lounges at Singapore Terminal 2?
Priority Pass cardholders and registered guests visiting Singapore Terminal 2 are welcome at the Singapore Terminal 2 lounges. Regardless of the class of ticket (economy/business/first), all domestic travellers, business or leisure, can access our Singapore Terminal 2 lounges through Priority Pass.

3. Is there a dress code for the lounges at Singapore Terminal 2?
Guests in smart casual dress are welcome to enter the Priority Pass lounges at Singapore Terminal 2.

4. Can I smoke in the lounge area?
Airport regulations prevent smoking outside of designated smoking areas located conveniently across Singapore Terminal 2. We invite our guests to avail these facilities.

5. How long can I stay in the lounges at Singapore Terminal 2?
You can access Priority Pass Singapore Terminal 2 facilities up to three hours before departure.

6. Do the lounges at Singapore Terminal 2 have flight information screens?
There are flight information screens at the SATS Premier Lounge but not at the Ambassador Transit Lounge in Singapore Terminal 2. Guests are requested to monitor their boarding times while enjoying our facilities.

7. Are the lounges at Singapore Terminal 2 wheelchair accessible?
The Ambassador Transit Lounge is wheelchair accessible, offering comfortable and convenient access for our guests with disabilities. Unfortunately, the SATS Premier Lounge is not wheelchair accessible.

8. Do the lounges at Singapore Terminal 2 cater for vegetarians and vegans?
The lounges offer a wide selection of delectable food and beverages, suitable for our vegetarian and vegan clients.

9. Can children enter the lounges at Singapore Terminal 2?
Priority Pass is proud to welcome children to our Singapore Terminal 2 lounges. Children under six years of age are admitted free at the Ambassador Transit Lounge Terminal 2, and children under the age of two years are admitted free at the SATS Premier Lounge.
