The award-winning Singapore Changi Airport was the first terminal to be built at Singapore International Airport, which has gone on to redefine the airport experience. Refurbished in 2021, Terminal 1 now welcomes visitors to enjoy a spacious terminal full of conveniences and modern facilities, as well as attractions that include a cactus garden, which is home to more than 100 species of cacti from around the world; the iconic Sculptural Tree Garden, which is a large tree-like, living sculpture, or the Piazza Garden, where seasonal and thematic plants of Singapore’s folklore are displayed according to local celebrations and events.

Dining while visiting Singapore Terminal 1, is a truly global affair with cuisines from Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, France and the USA on offer at one of over 20 dining establishments which include restaurants, cafes and bars.

Shopping is a great pastime while visiting Singapore Terminal 1, with over 60 retail outlets to discover. The legendary duty free shopping is a must. However, with brands such as Adidas, Longchamp, WHSmith, Sunglass Hut and many more to choose from, you may be checking in some additional luggage.

A Priority Pass membership would also allow you to gain access to a choice of luxury airport lounges at Terminal 1 Changi Airport.

Whatever you decide on, the Marhaba Lounge in Singapore Terminal 1 will provide it with warm service. This lounge is open daily to welcome you during the hours of 6am and 1am and is fully accessible to guests with disabilities.

The SATS Premier Lounge at Singapore Terminal 1 combines warm hospitality with modern amenities to ensure you will receive the best of both worlds while visiting this exceptional lounge. You can enjoy a wide range of refreshments available in the lounge, which includes a selection of alcoholic beverages, in one of the several dining nooks in our lounge. Find a comfortable spot and enjoy a foot massage or opt for a hot shower before you depart. The SATS Premier Lounge offers free wi-fi, magazines and newspapers, as well as telephone services should you require them. The lounge is open 24 hours a day and is fully accessible to guests with disabilities.

Location And Accessibility

The Marhaba Lounge can be found airside directly above the departure immigration area of the departure transit hall. Proceed through departure immigration, take the escalator to one level above and the lounge is opposite the 'Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao' Restaurant. The lounge is not accessible to transit passengers.
The SATS Premier Lounge is located airside. Turn left after passing through the departure immigration and take the first escalator leading to the airline lounges.


Coffee and burgers are available in Arrivals.

Pick up a pre-paid local SIM at Changi Recommends. You can also do last-minute duty-free shopping.

2. Who can use the lounges at Singapore Terminal 1?
Priority Pass cardholders and registered guests visiting Singapore Terminal 1 are welcome at the Singapore Terminal 1 lounges. Regardless of the class of ticket (economy/business/first), all domestic travellers, business or leisure, can access our Singapore Terminal 1 lounges through Priority Pass.

3. Is there a dress code for the lounges at Singapore Terminal 1?
Guests in smart casual dress are welcome to enter the Priority Pass lounges at Singapore Terminal 1.

4. Can I smoke in the lounge area?
Airport regulations prevent smoking outside of designated smoking areas located conveniently across Singapore Terminal 1. We invite our guests to avail these facilities.

5. How long can I stay in the lounges at Singapore Terminal 1?
You can access Priority Pass Singapore Terminal 1 facilities up to three hours before departure.

6. Do the lounges at Singapore Terminal 1 have flight information screens?
There are flight information screens at both the Marhaba Lounge as well as the SATS Premier Lounge in Singapore Terminal 1. Guests are requested to monitor their boarding times while enjoying our facilities.

7. Are the lounges at Singapore Terminal 1 wheelchair accessible?
The lounges located at Singapore Terminal 1 are wheelchair accessible, offering comfortable and convenient access for our guests with disabilities
