SFO International Terminal

San Francisco International is California's second busiest airport (after LAX) and a world-class destination. The airport is a major gateway to Europe and Asia, and has four terminals and seven concourses arranged alphabetically in a ring.

The airport has wonderful facilities available for you, whether you are travelling for business or leisure, including free Wi-fi, a meditation room, movie and portable entertainment rentals and a medical clinic to name a few. Access and facilities geared towards disabled guests includes companion care restrooms, disabled parking, telecommunications for the deaf (TDD) phones and ramps.

You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining options in SFO International Terminal with Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Southern-inspired cuisine on offer as well as a gourmet deli and a burger bar.

If you enjoy retail therapy, you have more than 30 stores to visit. With luxury brands such as Burberry, Gucci and Hermès as well as premium chocolate and souvenir outlets, you may be pressed for time trying to fit it all in. For a unique purchase, visit the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art store which sells a range of mementos and gifts. If you are looking for an opportunity to pamper yourself before your journey, the XpresSpa near Gate 100 is a must-visit.

About Our Lounges At SFO International Terminal

SFO International Terminal lounges bring you exclusivity and comfort while you wait to board your flight.

Enjoy a variety of delicious refreshments and an alcoholic beverage while taking in the view of the airport through expansive windows in the Air France - KLM Lounge. Open from 7:30am to 11:30pm everyday this lounge offers comfortable seating and world-class hospitality. The lounge may have space constraints during the busiest times of 11am to 3pm and 3:30pm to 6:30pm.

The British Airways Lounge offers a comfortable breakaway space for travellers to enjoy a tasty meal, a drink at the bar, as well as workstations and showers for those who require it. It is open from 5am to 11:30am daily.

Relax in the China Airlines Lounge with a refreshing drink or a tasty hot or cold meal from the buffet. The lounge is open from 7:30am to 11:30pm everyday.

Mustards Bar & Grill, owned by celebrity chef Cindy Pawclyn, has been a staple restaurant for Napa Valley residents for the last 35 years. International guests can now taste her farm-to-table style with a wide choice of eclectic wood-fired-focused dishes, while enjoying craft cocktails and sampling from the local beer and wine programme. The restaurant is open from 7am to 8pm daily. Cardholders are advised to review full conditions of access before visiting. They can also use their lounge visit entitlement to receive US$28 off the bill.

SFO International Terminal lounges will not disappoint and offer both business and leisure travellers a place to catch their breath in comfortable surroundings.

Location And Accessibility

All SFO International Terminal lounges are situated airside and provide easy access for all our guests.

Air France - KLM Lounge is located at Concourse A, Level 3. Take the first left after the TSA Checkpoint and the lounge will be ahead. Please note this lounge is temporarily closed due to renovation works until further notice. An alternative temporary lounge is available.

British Airways Lounge is located near Gate 5.

China Airlines Lounge is found near Gate A1, Level 4. Proceed through the Security Checkpoint A and turn left.

Mustards Bar and Grill can be found after going through Security, near Gate G3. Please note that the restaurant may exceed their seating limit at certain times of the day & access to the restaurant is at their sole discretion.

Airport regulations prevent smoking outside of designated smoking areas located conveniently across SFO International Terminal. We invite our guests to avail these facilities.

5. How long can I stay in the lounges at SFO International Terminal?
You can access Priority Pass SFO International Terminal facilities up to three hours before departure.

6. Do the lounges at SFO International Terminal have flight information screens?
Flight information is easily viewable from the China Airlines Lounge. Guests of other lounges are requested to monitor their boarding times while enjoying our facilities.
