Following an extensive expansion project, Manchester Airport has opened the new and improved Terminal 2 to the public. This ultra modern terminal delivers an immersive and enhanced travel experience thanks to the eye-catching design and mood-enhancing effects of lighting with world class dining, shopping and a seamless travel experience.

Manchester Terminal 2 provides you with a number of conveniences to make your trip easy and memorable, including the ability to pre-book parking, time saving FastTrack express lanes at security and passport control, Click & Collect services available for shopping as well as a VIP lounge experience thanks to two Priority Pass lounges to choose from.

There is something for everyone travelling through Manchester Terminal 2.
For the shoppers, the expansive World Duty Free offers an extensive range of tax- and duty-free fragrances, cosmetics, wines and spirits.

If a meal is top of your list, you will be spoiled for choice, with dining options ranging from pub inspired dining at the Amber Ale House to Apiary which is a luxury artisan bar and eatery offering fresh seasonal food with stunning airfield views. For the more health conscious, there is VIT. offering naturally hearty, healthy food and juices, served fast and ready to go. For the ‘fast-foodies’ among us, Archies is a must, offering a selection of mouthwatering burgers, slamming shakes and off-the-wall waffles.

The Aspire Lounge at Manchester Terminal 2 is contemporary and stylish, with Manchester inspired artwork on the walls which is enhanced by the expansive views of the airfield. You can enjoy something to drink from our extensive range of beverages, including alcoholic beverages served from a trendy bar space; order a meal from our mouthwatering menu selection, or simply get some work done at a dedicated desk booth, where you can easily connect to wifi and charge all your devices before embarking on your onward journey.

Location And Accessibility

Priority Pass offers visitors of their Terminal 2 Manchester lounges every convenience and comfort available.

The Escape Lounge is open daily from 4am to 2.30pm, and to 3.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Peak seasonal activity may result in an increased number of guests and access may be periodically restricted to maintain the highest quality experience for all our guests.

This Terminal 2 lounge can be accessed on the mezzanine level once you have passed through the security checks and duty free area, by following the signs to the lounge.

The Aspire Lounge is open daily from 4am to 3pm and can be accessed by proceeding through security and the duty free area, where you turn left and take the stairs or the elevator, conveniently located opposite Gate 209, to the next level and turn right.
