About The Airport

This huge 2-terminal airport is the busiest in Germany and one of the busiest in Europe - it's a major hub that serves almost 300 destinations around the world. Its extensive facilities earned it a respectable 8th place in Condé Nast Traveller's 2017 Best Airport in the World awards. Skytrax also placed Frankfurt Airport 10th in its list of the world's top airports 2018. It's extremely well connected by public transport, with frequent trains from all over Germany stopping at Frankfurt Airport station. Terminal 1 is split in to 4 separate concourses - A-C and Z - while Terminal 2 consists of Concourses D and E.
