Will I receive a new membership card which shows my new expiry date?
No we will not be re-carding at this time. All Members who will receive the extension have access to the Digital Membership Card through their online account at prioritypass.com or within their personal Priority Pass app

I can’t remember the log in details for my online account, where can I find them?
Please use the “Forgot your details” on the log in page at prioritypass.com or on the log in screen of the Priority Pass app

I have received an email suggesting that I am only entitled to the membership extension if I clear the outstanding visits payments I have on my account, how do I do that?
Please log in to your Priority Pass online account at prioritypass.com and use the “My Details” tab section to update your payment card. Once these new details have been submitted our payments team will process any outstanding payments against your account and your membership will be extended automatically. This can take up to 14 days to register against your account.

How do I know what payments are outstanding?
Please log in to your online account. To see which visit payments are outstanding simply check the “visit history” tab. To make a payment please update your payment card details in the “My Details” section. Once these new payment card details have been submitted our payments team will process any outstanding payments against your account and your membership will be extended automatically. This can take up to 14 days to register against your account.

How do I access my Digital Membership Card?
You’re Digital Membership Card can be found within your online account. Simply log in to the Priority Pass app or on prioritypass.com to access your Digital Membership Card.

I am on the Standard Plus membership plan and have used all of my complimentary visits already, will I receive any additional visits to use within the three-month extension period?
No, we are only extending membership periods at this time.

Can I upgrade my membership for the period of the extension?
No, the membership extension is only applicable to your current membership plan. Upgrades and downgrades can only be applied at point of renewal.

Is there a cash alternative to the membership extension?
No, there is no cash alternative available.

I don't use a smart device, so how can I ensure I'll be able to use my membership extension if my physical membership card has expired?
It will be possible to use your current membership card during this three month extension. We will not be issuing cards with the new expiry date.

If I have cancelled my membership previously but it still has time to run will I also get an extension?
Yes, we will ensure that all memberships that are currently active and without outstanding visit charges have the 3 month membership extension applied.

Instead of extending my membership for 3 months on renewal, can I freeze or put a hold on my remaining membership period until my travel picks up again?
No, the 3 month membership extension period is the only offer available.
