The Madrid Adolfo Suarez-Barajas Airport is nine kilometres from the city’s financial district and thirteen kilometres from the Puerta del Sol or Plaza Mayor de Madrid, Madrid's historic centre. The airport is the primary hub and maintenance base for Iberia and Air Europa.Madrid Airport Terminal 3’s restaurant area is called ‘Eating Point’ - and is a self-service food court offering a choice of themed restaurant spaces with specialist concepts, from filled rolls and pastries to meats, wines and grab-and-go snacks. There are also a few cafés in the terminal.
For those wanting to do some shopping prior to departing, you can take advantage of the duty free shopping as well as visit other retailers which include a newsstand and a boutique.
A Priority Pass membership would also allow you to gain airport lounge access at Madrid Terminal 3.

About Our Lounge At Dublin International Terminal 1
The Puerta Del Sol Lounge offers lounge seating, dining areas and a few loungers too. This spacious retreat has views of the airport apron and runway and is open from 5am to 7pm daily. Escape from the noise of the terminal and enjoy some liquid refreshment and a delicious meal, while making the most of the facilities on offer which include televisions, internet access, newspapers and magazines as well as showers for those wanting to freshen up before their flight. Guests may access the lounge three hours prior to a scheduled flight departure and are required to present a valid boarding pass for same day travel. Children aged five years and under are admitted free. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.Lounge Facilities
