Priority Pass membership gives you VIP access to airport lounges worldwide, including American Airlines' Admirals' Club at Galeão International in Rio De Janeiro.
This airport lounge was highly commended at the 2011 Lounge of the Year Awards and you'll find it on the third level of the Blue Sector Restricted Area in Terminal 1.
Once there, you'll be able to enjoy the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, Wi-Fi, newspapers, telephones, TV, shower facilities, a conference room and much more besides.
In Terminal 2 at Galeão International, there are a further two airport lounges where Priority Pass membership can grant you VIP access.
The TAM VIP Lounge is in the International Departures Area and offers fax usage, showers, TV and refreshments, whilst the Smiles VIP International Lounge in the restricted area has similar facilities, plus you're able to use Wi-Fi.
