Priority Pass, the world’s leading independent airport lounge program, announces the launch of a brand new Priority Pass BlackBerry app. Following recent launches of iPhone , iPad and the Android apps, this provides another convenient way for Priority Pass members to find details of over 600 airport lounges when on the move. Priority Pass now has 4 new apps, all of which give members instant access to lounge information.
All Priority Pass mobile applications have a 'Find Nearest Lounge' tool which uses GPS technology to locate the nearest lounge based on the member’s current location. Other interactive functions provide details of airport VIP lounge information, pictures of the lounges, directions to lounges and much more.
Users can download fresh data whenever they want (for example at home or in the office) and then use the application offline when travelling, thus avoiding roaming charges.
“Priority Pass is proud to add the BlackBerry app to our customer offer. Blackberry devices are heavily used by our customers so it is important to ensure that they have easy access to Priority Pass lounge information. Now with four very popular apps on the market, even more of our members can have greater control over their travel plans and make sure they can work or relax in the comfort of their nearest airport lounge. With thousands of Priority Pass apps being downloaded weekly, we recognise the importance of continuing to innovate to ensure that customers have convenient access to information about our services regardless of their technology preference.” commented Jonathan French, Head of Brand at Priority Pass.
