3. What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit (except Asia Pacific), MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club.
Please note we do not accept cheque or bank transfers.
4. What are the Membership Kit delivery times?
As lounge access is by membership card only, it is important that you allow sufficient time to receive your membership card prior to your travel departure date. Your Priority Pass membership kit containing your personalized membership card will be produced within three business days of our receiving your membership application and then posted/despatched to your preferred mailing address. Obviously delivery times vary depending on your country of residence, to get a better idea of when you might receive your kit click here.
5. Can I enter a lounge without my Membership Card?
No. Unfortunately unless you can produce your membership card the lounge staff will not allow you access. Lounges are third party owned and operated and therefore Priority Pass is unable to influence lounge access should you attempt to enter without your membership card. It is important to always carry your Priority Pass membership card with you.
6. Do you offer joint or Family Membership?
No. However for recommending a full paying member we offer a free guest visit. See FAQ 24 for more information. Or we do offer Partner Standard Membership for half price. Please log-in for details.
7. What is the joining age?
Membership is available from 18 years of age. Please note that some lounges limit access to cardholders who are 21 or older. Please note that cardholders must abide by Conditions of Use.
8. What is your policy for taking guests into a lounge?
You can invite friends or guests to join you in a lounge. Most lounges will allow any number of guests but where there are limits, details are shown in the Lounge Directory and via the lounge search functionality on the website. Guests are charged at the prevailing rate of £15/€24/US$27 each. When you enter the lounge you will receive a voucher which you must check before signing. This will note if any guests are with you at the time and it is your responsibility to ensure this is correct. The lounge visit fee will be charged directly to your nominated payment card.
9. What is your policy for taking children into a lounge?
Many lounges will allow children entry at the prevailing guest rate of £15/€24/US$27 each however where there are limits, details are shown in the Lounge Directory and via the lounge search functionality on the website.
10. How can I obtain lounge information?
There are many resources available to ensure lounge information is available easily:-
A) When you join, you will receive a comprehensive Lounge Directory detailing exactly how to find each lounge with a full list of all the facilities in the lounge and opening hours.
B) All Priority Pass mobile applications are free to download and are available for iPhone, iPad, Android and BlackBerry. These applications include a "lounge finder" function that allows you to search for information about over 700 airport VIP lounges at your convenience.Members can download the latest Lounge Directory by logging into their account and going to the 'Download' section to download a PDF.
C) With our 'Lounge Finder' service you can receive details of all available lounges instantly by simply texting us the 3 letter airport code to: +44 7624 809977, and we'll send your the lounge details by text. E.g.: Text LHR for London Heathrow. If you're unsure of the airport code check your ticket or ask a member of staff.
D) Members can download the latest Lounge Directory by logging into their account and going to the 'Download' section to download a PDF.
E) All lounge information is sent out to members monthly via email aswell as the members 'News & Updates' section on the website.
F) If you have mobile internet access from other phones, a new mobile website can be found at www.prioritypass.com/mobile. This mobile-friendly website also allows you to perform quick and easy lounge searches by simply entering any three digit airport code (e.g. 'LHR' for London Heathrow Airport).
11. Can someone else use my card to gain access?
No. Your membership card is only valid for the member stated on the card.
12. Can I change my membership plan?
No. Once you have selected your membership plan you may not change this until the expiry date of that membership year. If you would like to change to another membership plan please contact Priority Pass at renewal to action your request.
13. Can free visits be transferred to the next membership year?
No. The 10 free visits on the Standard Plus level are not transferable to the following membership year.
14. How do I view my lounge visits?
Log-in to your account where you can view all your lounge visits under the 'Lounge Visits' tab.
15. How can I obtain a receipt?
Please contact Priority Pass Membership Services for all receipt requests.
16. How do I obtain my PIN or password?
If you have forgotten your PIN you will need to contact Priority Pass to be reminded of this. However, please note we are not able to view your password as this is secure on our system - we would reset it. Alternatively, you can retrieve your password by using the 'Forgotten Password' link at the time of logging in.
17. How do I unsubscribe from a mailing?
Log-in to your account where you can change your mailing settings under the 'Personal Details' tab.
18. What happens if my card has been stolen or lost?
Lost, stolen or damaged Priority Pass cards are to be notified immediately to Priority Pass who shall be responsible for providing a replacement card.
19. What does Schengen and non-Schengen mean?
The Schengen Agreement is a set of agreements made by European states which consequently has abolished border controls between most EU member countries.
At certain airports in signatory countries, there are designated areas for Schengen and non-Schengen flights. In a few cases, where lounges are located within a Schengen area, you will only be able to access the lounge if you are flying to another Schengen country. Equally, non-Schengen lounges can be accessed only if you are flying to a non-Schengen country. Where applicable, the status of a lounge is clearly shown when you look it up on the website.
At present, the following countries participate in the scheme. It is worth noting that the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland are not currently signatories: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
20. Are the lounges run by Priority Pass?
No. Priority Pass does not directly run the lounges. These are run by the airport authorities, ground handling agents and the airlines themselves.
21. What is the lounge dress code?
The lounges impose their own dress code however as a general rule please expect a smart/casual dress code- no hats, football shirts, ripped jeans nor shorts.
22. Do the lounges provide flight information?
Some lounges do have flight information monitors, however take note that not all lounges do offer this facility. As lounges have no contractual obligation to Priority Pass members to announce flights, it is the member's sole responsibility to remain aware of flight time and boarding information.
23. Are there any other benefits to being a Priority Pass member?
We have negotiated additional benefits with other companies including hotel and car rental discounts, although these are not available to all members who get their Priority Pass membership through a bank or credit card company. To access these discounts, log-in to the members section of this site, click on the 'Community' navigation tab, and then 'Travel Shop' where you'll then be able to book online at over 50,000 hotels worldwide and save up to 50% on your room rate. Car rental online reservations are available too with savings of up to 30% from Hertz, Avis and National Car Rental. Please remember that these special offers are not available to all members. As well as these discounts, we do from time to time announce various other special offers - be sure to sign up for our monthly member ezine to keep informed.
24. What are the rewards for introducing a friend?

25. Can I update my personal details online?
Yes, you can update information such as your address, date of birth, telephone, fax, email and payment details on the My Account page located in the members-only part of the site.
26. Are my details secure on the website?
We use industry-standard SSL encryption technologies when transferring and receiving confidential information (e.g.: credit card details and personal information). The pages on which this information is exchanged are hosted on a secure server, certified by VeriSign. We also have appropriate security measures in place in our office to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information we have collected from this website.
